Please understand that you may receive an item with an imperfect box or paint flaws, we cannot control this. If you receive an item that was damaged within shipping and paid for priority shipping you can file an insurance claim through USPS. In some cases we may be able to offer replacement boxes for commons that are in stock from the manufacturer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or does not match what you ordered. We will review and do our best to correct the issue.
All return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of item.
All Pre-orders are final and non-refundable.
In Stock Items
All IN STOCK sales orders are FINAL unless the you received the incorrect item or there was damage caused prior to shipping. If items are returned due to undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and total purchase will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
- Mystery Boxes are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
- Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 6pcs or more of the same item, are not eligible for returns.
- All sales are final on items with a possible chase variant. Mint condition is not guaranteed on these items.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is found to fall within our written guidelines, you will be emailed a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted/ refunded.
You will be notified upon receipt and inspection of your returned item. Once approved your refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please be aware that bank and credit card companies take time to process refunds so your refund may not post immediately to your account.
